This is a nice "book" b/c that's how it's presented - as a hardback & not a spiral bound or easily opened journal. The quality is excellent but I'm returning mine since it's not what I was expecting. I thought, from the description, this would highlight historic maps of Great Britain through the years. Wrong. Here's a smattering: Southern Hemisphere engraving, 1657; China, 1800; Constellation Cetus, 1834; Mexico, 1600...As you can see, there's a lot of variety. Again, this is a well done item & might make a great gift for Map lovers but it didn't feature historic England as I'd hoped.
