i have a few breadmachine cookbooks all for 1 1/2 and 2 lb machines and picked up at Zojirushi 1b bread machine 4 bucks - i stumbled across this as recommendation to use with my Zo - it does not disappoint! i love the onion rolls -Wow!! worth the price of the book alone! I donated my 2lb machine and cookbooks -this now my go to cookbook

The onion rolls on page156 are enough to sell this book. I baked half as directed: they were wonderful. I refrigerated the other half of the formed rolls. They rose overnight and were then baked straight from the fridge, and they were ethereal. My lunch guest said, "wow! you knocked that one out of the park!" (nuff said.)

Our original book was over 15 years old. It was so well used that it separated into three pieces and we used a rubber band to hold all the pages together. That alone should tell you this was a well used book that we used over and over again. Had to buy a new used book to replace it. It is my wife's bible for making bread with our bread machine.

I have been using this book for years. I have many bread machine cookbooks, but this is my go-to book, and I knew I would eventually have to replace it because it is badly stained and pages are falling out. When I lost my copy recently, I was very happy that amazon carried the same book and ordered it. Then (as those thing usually do), I found the original, so now I have the old, worn, much beloved book and, when I have to give it up, I have a brand new beautiful book to replace it.

This is indeed the book to have if you have the mini Zojirushi bread maker, or if you just want to make 1 pound loaves! No more dividing recipes, and there are a ton to choose from!

I bought this book when it was first released. It is fantastic. However, I have worn the book out and it was being held together with rubber bands and large binder clip. I enjoyed it so much, and so did my friends, that I had no choice except to buy another copy. When I bake all around me the odor invites neighbors to express desire for samples. The writters have truly hit the nail on the head with their recipes and advice. Thank you, ladies.

Really good advice on how to bake bread that no one would believe you made and with the help of a bread machine. Love this book.

I have to agree with the reviewer who called this book "outdated." My bread machine, while not a brand-new, top of the line model, has more features and settings than this book references. For example, the book often instructs you to set your bread machine on "Bake." Well, is that Basic, French, normal, rapid, etc.? I find myself having to guess at which settings to use, often resulting in mediocre-tasting bread with a dry texture. The tiny recipe book that accompanied my bread machine is very limited, but at least when I use any recipe found in there I get perfect bread. This book leaves much to be desired.
